David Quesnele, Brennan Menard and Cody Alcock, into an empty net, also scored for the Wolves who held period leads of 2-0 and 3-0. The Wolves can wrap up the best-of-three series with another win in game two Friday night at the Gardens at 7:30. Meanwhile, the basketball seasons at Lakehead are over after opening playoff losses last night. In men's play, Western knocked off Lakehead at the Thunderdome 68-65. In Hamilton, the Lady Wolves fell 68-44 to McMaster.
